Logo Design - Mobile Coffee Stand

The brief for this project was to ideate quickly on a small logo based on a set of prompts. The prompt I chose was for a mobile coffee company logo.
This logo had to have room for expansion ( can the mascot live on its own without the text) and make sense in the company's setting.
Below you can see the iteration process from a coffee cup mascot to a more narrow coffee bean and finally the rounded coffee bean. I landed on a more painted brush stroke for the logo to create a more organic atmosphere to the character.
